Hi, i am not the expert and also new here struggling with SMTP not delivered after fresh installed, but one thing to make sure you point your domain name hoster with the hosting server?

Could you check if you have any errors in sidekiq for the emails ?

Hey is there a way to redirect the user to the chat to reply for email continuity !? Cause I am facing issues with the address after the reply, and it says that the address can not be found. Even tho I was able to set up the email continuity using IMAP and it works except for the above case.
