TLDR rinndoge found a potential issue with SMTP's authentication setting in Chatwoot and changed it, but still faced email sending errors. sojan_official suggested checking if they could send emails successfully from console with the new settings.

Perhaps it's login is the issue and I need to put plain instead?

DKIM & SPF is correct according to FastMail DNS Checker
