I have visited this page, but I wanted to access some more detailed information about the software and data architecture of Chatwoot. I did not find any proper documentation for this purpose. Also I have no knowledge about ruby programming language and I just wanted to have an bird-eye view on the general architecture of your software. I would appreciate it if you have any proper documentation for my use-case. Thanks
