Proposal of "Ask Your Question" Box for Helpdesk Page

TLDR xchris_vc suggested implementing an "ask your question" functionality in the helpdesk page for a more personalized service. sojan_official acknowledged the input and posted an issue on Github to track the feature request.

Indeed, we would like to create an "ask your question" box on our helpdesk page to replace the "search for articles".

The Dialogflow integration will recommend articles and assist more personally, and can also ask for more details & forward to employees if necessary. This is much more personal & accurate than a search feature, and encourages them to ask their question.

A function could be like:
window.$chatwoot.send('When is my delivery arriving?')

This would also help with beta feature registrations (customers can submit an automated format within 1 click) and other use cases.
