TLDR kurijji reported no errors are showing in Heroku logs or Twilio's Dashboard. sojan_official and jonathanpisarczyk aided in troubleshooting, with the issue found to be on Twilio's end.
There are no errors in our Heroku Logs, any idea on what is causing this issue.

Did you change your API key in Twilio?
I've noticed in the chatwoot GUI you can't update the auth key from twilio. Trying to figure out if you can in cli?
