TLDR vadorequest asked about managing multiple translations. pranavrajs pointed them to translate.chatwoot.com. vadorequest then discussed difficulties with the Crowdin site.
Typically, if I intend to translate more modules (I've worked on 2 so far), should I rather keep all changes in the same PR or would you prefer to use one PR per module? 🤔
Hey vadorequest , We use translate.chatwoot.com for managing the translations. Would it be possible to contribute there? https://www.chatwoot.com/docs/contributing-guide/translation-guidelines
I'm glad I asked early 😄
Yes, I'll try to go through that platform then!
pranavrajs I noticed some good translations were already proposed at https://chatwoot.crowdin.com/translate/fbb5808ca57a3143c45072c55b94eb2f/90/en-fr/8?filter=basic&value=3 but weren't applied.
Also, the Crowdin site doesn't make it easier to bulk propose changes.
Do I have a way to simply copy/paste the JSON file at once to propose the changes I've made on my side already?
Also, I can't update as many strings as what there is in the JSON file.
I can only edit 20 strings through crowdin, but there are more than a hundred in the file.
