TLDR neozika faced login issues after following AWS Marketplace deployment guide. sojan_official suggested a solution, but neozika found the issue to be email case sensitivity and resolved it.
neozika Did you configure the email environment variables ? if so could you try triggering a password reset email and see if you can login with the new credentials ?
We found the issue The mail at setup we entered mixed with lowercase letters and uppercase letter
We reinstalled it and entered the mail lower case letters only and that worked

Fri, 30 Dec 2022 18:05:07 UTCHi We followed the guide here https://www.chatwoot.com/docs/self-hosted/deployment/aws-marketplace After launch the AMI and try to login using login URL After Entering all the Data (Name, Company Name, Email & password) and click finish setup it redirects to login page and the login give us error Invalid login credentials. Please try again. We copied the email and password and tried to reinstall the server still the same issue
