I don't understand what's happening, I've verified the app like 1000 times, the .env configuration like 1000 times and I can't find what's going on because it doesn't connect me to the facebook app Business verification => Verified Access verification => Verified

You must login with your app owner's account in this first phase, as you can validate the login (look if the permissions are required and your pages can be displayed). In a second step you've to require some permissions on FB App, that are: - pages_messaging, - Business Asset User Profile Access, - pages_show_list, - pages_manage_metadata Read the following doc: https://www.chatwoot.com/docs/self-hosted/configuration/features/integrations/facebook-channel-setup#going-into-production

Yep, user has to logon. That's the single way to implement his page on chatwoot channels

Check your .env project again, the FB params must be the same you have in your meta app (app id and app secret). As you checked both are the same, try to login with the OWNER'S APP FACEBOOK ACCOUNT, this account must have at least a single page (you can create a test page, for example).

Facebook let the app account owner (and others linked accounts) to interact with your Chatwoot instance
