Hey Yair, Are you still facing this issue? Can you try clearing the browser cookies and logging in back

Same happened on mine, thankfully it is still in staging, lost the account and configurations after my last update.

harrisyn Have you customized Chatwoot or using the standard versions? It would better if you can share the specifics of what error you were facing.

No customization. I used the linux update scripts to update my instance of chatwoot. Tried to log in, and all data was gone, literally everything including accounts, so I had to recreate my account and reconfigure my dialogflow integration

I'm not sure if there is a mistake in docs, this is not expected. Did you drop the database? Otherwise, migration doesn't remove accounts.

No I didn't. I simply ran the commands as stated in the docs. It would be the second time I have done so, the first time (about 1 month ago, there was no loss) the loss occurred when I ran it about 2 days ago.

In this doc (http://localhost:3000/docs/self-hosted/deployment/linux-vm#upgrading-to-a-newer-version-of-chatwoot), there is nothing that would remove the existing data. Would you be able to debug and share which command is creating the problem?

I will try again when there is an update and see what I can find
