Inquiries about Discord-Chatwoot Integration and Analytics

Ideally, we'd like for: * Questions in the discord to auto-populate chatwoot * Responses in chatwoot to populate the discord The idea is that we're lacking metrics in discord and plugging in chatwoot would address this Do you know of any no-code solutions / integrations to accomplish this? Or is using the API the only way? Alternately, the <#1006470116432695368> channel here looks like a cool, ticket based setup -- how is that managed? Do you get analytics using that method? Any how-tos you could point me to so we can recreate this?
