Hello Community, I have been unable to get into the inbox I need for work and Chatwoot has outright refused to help me. I have had our admin remove me and then re-add me to the inbox twice now and both times it worked temporarily. The first time it shut down after 5 minutes and I was unable to get back in, the second time I was in the inbox for the whole business day but I was kicked out by the morning. On the ops manager side they show me as a valid agent and show that I am in the inbox, on my side I show as a valid agent but I cannot access the inbox or even see it. Has anyone experienced this issue? Is there any recourse that someone knows about? I appreciate any help!

upsetcwuser_46737 have they added you as a collaborator to the inbox ? is this a self hosted installation or Chatwoot cloud ?
