Adding CSML Bots in Self-Hosted Chatwoot

TLDR denials wants to add CSML bots to their self-hosted Chatwoot. sojan_official provides environment variables to configure, and denials successfully enables the bot feature in the account.

just wanted to use this feature that is live on chatwoot studio but doesnt appear in self hosted

i can get csml working through live chat feature though.

I already put the settings, you have to activate the bot use somewhere. in the .env file

you can head over to the inbox settings and connect the bot from bot configuration tab
